Collections

We have developed a Pega-based application for B2B collections for Siemens, that helped them realise up to 25% productivity saving, automated 43% of their collections overall, and enabled the collectors to focus on the important calls to their end customers. This solution is used within Siemens globally from the USA to Australia and has been implemented for some other clients as well to facilitate their collection activities.

Incidents Management, fine collections and data migration

We designed and implemented a Traffic Management System for a large international vehicle monitoring and smart city company. We developed case management applications for traffic incidents, infringements, and fine collections, spanning multiple regions and clients. These were built on a common framework, integrated with a cloud-based architecture using service-based and microservices components to enhance Pega's functionalities.
We migrated in-flight cases and data from legacy systems across various jurisdictions to the new Pega applications, ensuring zero data loss and operational continuity. We led the project's technical direction, managed the entire development lifecycle, and adhered to best practices.
Additionally, we implemented a Field Services Framework for field workers managing traffic system devices and a mobile app with offline functionality for remote areas.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

We partnered with an important international bank to design, develop, deploy, and maintain a highly scalable Know Your Customer (KYC) application that serves millions of customers around the world. The application is built on a sophisticated architecture featuring a core rules engine for common standards that is then specialized and parameterized to comply with the specific legal and regulatory needs of each country. A key component is our unique, parameterizable risk matrix system, which allows for both real-time assessment and simulation within the application.

Focusing heavily on efficiency, the system is capable of processing over 2 million cases per day and is deeply integrated with the bank’s ecosystem, gathering relevant data using both synchronous (APIs) and asynchronous (Kafka, File) communication. To ensure robust data governance, we developed specific Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) security policies to separate and protect information both between countries and within local operations. Furthermore, we implemented Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) capabilities to extract information for each local system, allowing them to exploit this data on their own. Finally, we developed a dedicated web portal where analysts efficiently approve, deny, or adjust risk assessments, ensuring continuous operational integrity and global regulatory adherence.

Master Data Management

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing client to enhance their Master Data Management (MDM) solution. Our engagement encompasses the full spectrum of end-to-end delivery, including both enhancements and ongoing maintenance services.

Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to refining and optimizing the client's MDM solution to ensure it effectively supports their complex data management needs. We work closely with the client to identify areas for improvement, implement advanced features, and maintain system integrity, ensuring a robust and reliable MDM framework.

Customer Service

Design and implementation of a Customer Management System application built on Pega Customer Service for a French insurance company. The objective of the project was to create a 360-degree customer view enhancing a centralized customer experience. (contact)

Inflight Case and Data Migration

Application build for managing medical answers of an insurance company. Migrated the legacy cases from the previous (Lotus Notes) to the new (Pega) application. We managed complex data migration for the insurance company, ensuring zero data loss and seamless transition.

Project Recovery

We received an inquiry about a client's CDH application issue that arose after upgrading to a new Pega version, which their previous provider couldn't resolve. Their application processes large data volumes from various integration points and delivers different outcomes for different channels based on business needs. We solved the issue in just 5 days, leading them to choose us as their sole Pega service provider. We've been working together for almost 3 years now.

We have extensive experience integrating Pega with leading ERP systems like SAP and other enterprise backends, including customer data sources, email and Salesforce. Using industry-standard protocols like REST, SOAP, and asynchronous event-driven communication, we ensure seamless data exchange, enhancing system functionality and performance. Our expertise allows us to deliver robust, tailored solutions for each client.

CDH and Propensity Modelling

We initially implemented a Pega CDH application rolled out to three channels for an Albanian bank. We set up key integrations with the enterprise backend systems (customer data, email, SMS, and push notification channels) and configured Pega NBA Designer (initial taxonomy, outbound campaigns, and real-time events). 

 

We have collaborated with other Pega partners on multiple occasions, assisting with the implementation, upgrade, and performance optimization of Pega CDH at some of the UK's largest banks and telecom providers.
