What is your role at your company, what are you working on with your team?

Head of Cash Collection & Risk Management for GB & IE.  I am responsible for Collections and Risk Management in the UK and Ireland.


What does our product do and how does it change your team’s work?

The PEGA CCMT (Cash Collection Management Tool) product is our one stop shop for all collections activity in the department. Carrying out collections tasks now takes seconds as opposed to minutes, the worklists for the collectors are automatically prioritized based on diversified strategies by customer segment, size and payment behaviour. We have full transparency of all customer touch points and collector workload.


How does it help your company to achieve its objectives?

Our department has realized up to a 25% productivity saving as a result of the use of CCMT, automated 43% of our collections overall, and enabled the collectors to focus on the important calls to our end customer.


What are your favorite features?

In all honesty, we built it, we love it all.  One particular favourite is that of our Virtual Collector “ Sandra”, these are accounts assigned to a virtual collector as they pay on time and there is little to no need for human interface.


Would you recommend us to other companies? Why?

The collections system has transformed the way we collect cash and interface with our customers, the team are exceptionally knowledgeable and easy to work with.
